This is such a moist and delicious cake and a crowd pleaser at your next family reunion!
Ingredients: 1 box white cake mix (and water,oil and eggs called for on the box),1 tsp. baking soda,2-3 bananas (depending on their size),1/2 stick softened butter,1/2 pound powdered sugar,1 tsp. vanilla,2 T. milk
Prepare make mix as directions say on the back of the box.
Add baking soda and mix.
Mash bananas until there are no large lumps.
Add mashed bananas to batter and blend well.
Pour into cake pan and bake as directed on the back of the box.
Cool completely and frost!
Frosting: Cream butter,vanilla,and milk together until smooth.
Mix in powdered sugar.
Blend well until light and fluffy.
Time out to lick the beater!
Amounts of powdered sugar and milk may need to be adjusted to spreading consistency. Enjoy!!
