As we continue our preparation for the SuperBowl (see other ideas here and here),we couldn’t forget BBQ pork sliders! I think it’s a requirement to love barbeque if you live in Kansas City. And this is a super duper easy recipe to feed a crowd. What you’ll need:
Pork Roast,Beef Broth, and your favorite BBQ sauce
First, pour beef broth in your slow cooker.
Next, trim the fat off of your pork roast and add the raw roast to the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 hours. (If you have time,I like to cook it on high for 3 hours and then low for 2-3 hours. Makes it extra tender.)Pull out the pork roast and pour out the beef broth.
Shred the pork roast with two forks.
Put the pork back in the slow cooker and add BBQ sauce.
All set to eat! Delicious!!
