Blueberry season is upon us and my friend,Audra,shared a delicious salad that is sweet and tasty! Gather the kids–they’re gonna love it!
Ingredients: 2-3 oz pkg raspberry jello,2 C. hot water,1-20 oz crushed pineapple drained,1-21 oz blueberry pie filling,1-8 oz cream cheese,1/2 C. sugar,1 C. sour cream,and 1 tsp. vanilla
Dissolve jello in water. Stir in pineapple and pie filling.
Pour into 9 X 13 dish and chill in refrigerator until firm.
Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
Beat in vanilla…
….and sour cream.
Spread over firm jello. Chill until serving.
Garnish with fresh blueberries if desired!
