Card Making –Mini Cards

I don’t know about you,but when I am giving a gift to someone,I usually like to add a mini card instead of a full-blown greeting card.  They tuck nicely into gifts and require a little note instead of a long greeting.  And now you can make your own!  Most scrapbook stores have mini envelopes you can purchase or you can always make your own by folding a piece of paper into an envelope.  Here are few ideas to get you started:

Who doesn’t love a baby shower?  Fun girly food and drinks,cheesy games,and adorable gifts.  (By the way,check out our baby section in our shop for great shower gifts!)  This card is so easy.  Simply add a few scraps,ribbon,and stickers for a cute addition to any gift.

Okay,this could be used for a baby as well but I like it for a birthday or get well soon.  Have you seen all of the cute owl baby room ideas online?  SO fun.  Anyway,I cut out my own shapes from scrap paper to form the owl (similar to the bird here) but you could also purchase the owl punch here.

The guys in your life probably won’t appreciate a handmade card as much as the gals,but that doesn’t mean you should leave them out!   You could easily add some paper or stickers with your guy’s favorite team to this card to further personalize it.
