Looking for a delicious dessert to surprise your family with tonight! This is the one to try, trust me.
First, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients of cake mix, ingredients on box, and extra egg and mix well. Pour into cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Cool completely.
Put 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup peanut butter in bowl and microwave for approximately 45 seconds or until melted.
Add 1 cup powdered sugar…
And graham cracker crumbs and mix together.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to let mixture firm.
Once cupcakes have cooled, use scoop to remove a hole in the center of the cupcake.
Roll ball of filling and place in cupcake.
Beat remaining butter with vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add remaining peanut butter and mix until combined.
Add remaining powdered sugar in one cup increments…
…then add milk.
Frost filled cupcakes.
