Christmas Cookie Sandwiches are perfect to leave for the jolly guy and so simple to make! Start with a package of Pillsbury Shape Cookies and bake according to the package. Cool completely. Spread a dallop of icing to the bottom of a cookie and place another cookie on top,leaving the pictures facing out. Roll in sprinkles.
