“I found another one!” With a dust rag in one hand and the scent of lemon Pledge in the air,we were always excited to find another dime hidden under a stack of books,in the piano lid,on top of the TV,or in various nooks and crannies around the house.
Helping Grandma dust her house transformed from a chore to a fun game. Grandma simply hid coins under knick-knacks,books,or lamps to keep us motivated and rewarded (also to know where we did and did not clean as thoroughly as we should have!) as we dusted around her house. We could keep whatever money we found!
As a self-employed duster,I like to do this for my kids–a fun way to help with house maintenance and to earn their keep.

Now if we could just keep the chocolate off of their faces!
Cool idea! Think I’m gonna use that one!!
