Easter Bunny Rolls

Easter is one week away and my kids are getting excited about wearing their new Easter clothes to church, hunting for eggs, our family dinner, the Easter bunny visiting, and celebrating Christ’s resurrection.  Here is a fun snack for Easter that the kids will love to create!

Ingredients:  1 can refrigerated biscuits,10 chocolate chips,5 red or pink M &Ms,marshmallows, and pink frosting

Shape 5 biscuits into an oval.  Cut the remaining 5 rolls in half and curve them to bunny ear shape. Attach two to each oval biscuit.

Press two chocolate chips, points down, into the oval biscuit as the bunny’s eyes.  Press the M &M centered on the oval biscuit as the bunny’s nose.  Bake according to directions on package.

When cooled or slightly warmed, add pink frosting to center of bunny ears.  Flatten and cut marshmallows into strips to use for whiskers!

*If you would rather make these rolls savory instead of sweet, use raisins or black olives for eyes,a cherry or tomato for the nose, strips of string cheese for the whiskers, and yogurt for the pink ears!
