Expired! Toss It!

Aaaahhhhhh CHOOOOOO!!!  With cold and flu season coming to an end,it’s time to put on the armor to fight allergy season!

Over the winter,the medicine cabinet gets used continually and gets extremely cluttered.

Take 15 minutes today and clean out the medicine cabinet.

*Don’t forget to check the expiration dates and throw out those meds past the date!  Also,add to the grocery list what is needed for the summer…Band Aids,antibiotic ointment,sunscreen,aloe vera for those sunburns,allergy meds,children’s tylenol,and any others that your family needs!  You will feel equipped the next time your son comes in with a skinned knee or your daughter wakes in the night with a fever.  Stay well and have a great spring!
