Logan absolutely LOVES Chick-fil-A Nuggets. And when I began seeing different homemade versions of these famous nuggets,I decided to give it a try!
What you’ll need:
Chicken,Oil,Eggs,Milk,Flour,Salt,Pepper,Powdered Sugar
First,add eggs to bowl.
Add milk.
Whisk together.
In a separate bowl,measure flour.
Add salt.
Add pepper.
Add powdered sugar.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
Soak chicken in milk mixture.
Coat in flour mixture.
Dunk into milk mixture again.
Coat in flour mixture again (this makes it nice and crispy).
Add chicken to heated oil. Be careful, the oil wants to splatter on you.
Fry chicken in oil until cooked through. Watch the oil temperature carefully. If it’s too hot,it will burn the outside coating but not cook the chicken entirely. Raw burnt chicken is NOT appetizing!
Drain on papertowel.
Enjoy! (Logan ate 12 nuggets in one sitting! I think he liked them.)

the boys are excited to try this tonight! thanks so much! love to you both!
I have a question, what are the measurements on the ingredients? I am guesing, but 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,2 eggs,1 cup milk,1 cup flour,1 tsp. salt,1 tsp. pepper,1 tablespoon powdered sugar,&enough oil to coat pan. Does this sound about right?
If you’ll click on “Printable Recipe”at the bottom of the post it will show all of the ingredient amounts for you. Enjoy!
