Looking for a festive 4th of July dessert to take to the big family BBQ this weekend? Try this quick and easy recipe for cheesecake bars.
What you’ll need:
Cheesecake pudding,milk,graham cracker crumbs,butter,sugar(not pictured,I forgot),blueberries,and raspberry jelly.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Add the sugar.
Mix until well combined.
Press into foil lined 9×13 dish and chill for 1 hour.
Lick the spoon! (Very important step)
Empty pudding packets into medium bowl.
Add milk.
Whisk it into submission. Make sure it’s well combined without any lumps.
Pour on top of the crust.
It should look like this. Chill for 1 hour in the fridge.
Take a break with my Little Helper.
Once chilled,lightly draw boundary lines for your “flags”in the cheesecake.
Add 4 blueberries to each flag.
When you are ready to serve,dish onto plate.
Spoon jelly into baggie and cut tip of one corner off.

Squeeze stripes of jelly onto plated flag and enjoy!
