When I saw someone post their own version of Cranberry Biss Bars on Pinterest, I knew I had to try my own recipe! So delicious. Here’s what you’ll need:
Brown sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, salt, flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, cream sugar, lemon juice, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
First, cream brown sugar and butter together.
Add eggs, vanilla, and salt.
Slowly add in flour and baking powder.
And white chocolate chips and combine.
Spread in greased 9×13 and bake.
Bake until slightly browned on top.
While it is cooling, it’s time for the frosting! Start with vanilla.
Add cream cheese and lemon juice.
Slowly add powdered sugar until creamy.
Spread on cooled cake.
and top with white chocolate chips. Enjoy!
