Want to spice up the typical lunch for your kids? How about getting them intersted in a healthier snack option? Here is a little twist on the classic PB and J.
First, start with a tortilla.
Spread peanut butter on it.
Add your favorite jelly. This is homemade strawberry jam!
Add a banana to it…
…and roll the tortilla around it. Some PB and J may ooze out a bit, but use a little bit of it to keep the edges sealed.
Slice in half and enjoy! (Note: It would have been easier to eat if I had sliced the banana in half lengthwise and used half of it. And, you could make double the amount of rollups!)
