I made these refreshing Pineapple Floats at Lucy’s Luau and loved how they turned out. (See details about the luau here.)
They were inspired by Disney’s delectable Dole Pineapple Floats found in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom. Promise me that if you ever head to Disney World you will get one. There may be a long line, but it’s SO worth it. Pineapple soft serve ice cream and pineapple juice. Seriously,my mouth is watering just thinking about it. You will not be disappointed.
Even though the Dole pineapple soft serve can’t be purchased in Kansas,I made it work. What you’ll need:
Pineapple Sherbet,Sprite and Pineapple Juice
Generously fill a glass with sherbet.
Pour pineapple juice until 2/3 full.
Top with Sprite.
Insert straw and do your best to avoid an ice cream headache from enjoying it too quickly.
My mouth is still watering…off to make another float! Enjoy!

Thinking this might be a refreshing fun treat after the first day of school! Thanks!
It’s SO light and tasty! Enjoy!
Have you tried the pineapple frozen yogurt that’s at Peach Wave(or any of the hundreds of self-serve frozen yogurt places)? That would be really good this way!
Ooh,no,I haven’t but that’s a great idea! And you could even add chunks of pineapple. My mouth is watering again!
Is that really all there is to it because that’d be flabbgeraistng.
