This one dish meal is simple, quick, and delicious. An easy go-to meal for those busy weeknights.
First, place raw chicken pieces in a sprayed casserole dish. I used chicken tenders because that is what I had on hand, but chicken breasts work just fine.
Lay a slice of swiss chees on top of each chicken piece.
In a separate bowl, pour 1/4 cup orange juice.
Add a can of Cream of Chicken soup and mix well.
Pour this mixture over the chicken and cheese.
Top with an entire box of stuffing.
Add butter pats to the top of the stuffing. Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes at 350°.
