After a weekend at Grandma and Poppy’s house,my daughter came home and was thrilled with a dessert that Grandma helped create: a sweet enchilada stack.
All you need is a few tortillas (to make this really tasty, you can fry the tortillas in oil for a few seconds on each side),peanut butter, marshmallows, chocolate chips, caramel ice cream topping, hot fudge, icing,M &Ms,and any other sweet that would be fun to add!
Begin by placing one tortilla on a plate. Spread icing or peanut butter onto the tortilla and add a thin layer of sweets on top. Top with another tortilla and more sweets and continue the layers as you desire.

Yummy! I’ll have to try this with icing (my favorite food). I make one that is just peanut butter spread on a tortilla, chocolate chips sprinkled on top,and then some marshmallows sprinkled on top too. Then I roll it up like a burrito, microwave for no more than a minute. So yummy and easy. It’s my go-to when I’m craving sweets, but don’t have a dessert made. I found it in a cookbook, but it suggested oven. Microwave is much quicker and makes the tortilla super soft.
