Thanks,Mom!

As a mom,I wear many hats…cook,maid,chauffeur,doctor,referee,cheerleader,teacher,friend,coach…the list is endless!  Often I feel as though my efforts go without merit which makes those compliments like music to my ear.

One day,I was cleaning house,bathrooms at the moment,and just finished squirting the bright blue,bleach-scented,cling to the porcelain toilet bowl cleaner into the toilets.  Of course,it is supposed to sit and work its magic for a few minutes but it never fails…my kiddo always has to go potty right in the middle of my cleaning process! 

 Logan looked in the toilet and said,“What’s that?!” 

 ”It’s just cleaner.  Just flush and it will go away,”  I responded as I squirted Windex on the mirror. 

 ”You clean the toilet?”

“Yep buddy,I do!” 

After a few moments,Logan finishes his business,flushes,and says “Thanks for cleaning the toilets,mom!”

Ahhhhhh….best bathroom cleaning day I have ever had!
