Yum –nice,warm,chicken chili. Perfect for a cold winter’s night! And,easy to make! Here’s what you’ll need:
Onion,green chiles,cumin,cayenne pepper,chicken,northern beans,chicken broth,and monterrey jack cheese.
First,get someone to help you shred the cheese!
Next,chop the onion and saute it in a little oil.
Add cumin…
cayenne pepper…
Encourage your shredder…
Add green chiles and stir until ingredients are well combined.
Add chicken broth…
Keep shredding…trust me,it’s worth it!
Add beans…
And chicken.
At this point,add 3/4 of the cheese. Then you can either simmer for 15 minutes and eat or you can pour it into a crockpot to cook on low for 4 hours.
